I love the energy in restaurants and bars- the hustle and bustle, the focus and drive of the cook and waitstaff, combined with the relaxed energy of the guests. I had to capture this particular scene in a restaurant where the kitchen was exposed to the dining area, and the lighting on the metallic surfaces was beautiful.
