This shy zebra wouldn't turn to look at me when I saw it at a zoo. So I quietly talked sweetly to it after a bunch of other visitors left. It became curious and turned its head to glance backward at me. I was dazzled by its beautiful patterns in black and white. Such a gorgeous creature! I used the signature Ludwig eggplant pastel to get that luscious blacker than black in the background.
