Pastels for plein air are perfect! I enjoy meeting with other artist friends and painting along the coast of Maine. We have rocky, sandy and rough sea coastlines plus much more. Here I have captured the marsh just near Popham State Park. It is lovely to watch the color changes with all four seasons. Nature is our best teacher!
