I just love seeing the islands in the rivers and body's of water as you drive through the beautiful Stave of Maine. Everywhere you look there are paintings. Nature just speaks to you if you take the time to listen. This particular painting was done in studio after spending much time at this location. Painted from memory and a photo reference.
