Living in the woods I find plenty of inspiration, but this scene is particularly reminiscent of when my new little rescue dog escaped into the woods an hour after we got her. It took us 10 days to catch her with the help of our entire community and some experts. I almost drew her on the path with a little knapsack, but I resisted the impulse. She is happy now and doesn’t seem to miss her woods.
