This piece is done with Uart Sanded board, and I used a combination of soft pastels, including Unison, Terry Ludwig, Blue Earth Pastels and Richeson. Along with Prisma Color New Pastel sticks, Stabillo pencils. It is painted from my reference photo, which was taken at Cesar's Palace at a Brooks and Dunn concert in December 2021.
