Soft Pastel on Uart 400 with a pastel alcohol underpainting. I wanted to paint the joy this person was feeling as they splashed thru the ocean on an early summer day, as well as capturing his reflection in the water, and the waves in the ocean. I hope people can feel that joy and happiness when they see this painting.
